| We offer TOURS OF FORECLOSED HOMES in Clay County on SATURDAYS beginning at 10:am. Meet at our office at 1422 US Hwy. 64 West, (across from Smith Power Sports), Hayesville. All these homes have been foreclosed on and taken back by the lender. They are all vacant. It is recommended that you bring a flashlight and wear comfortable walking shoes. Some or all of the appliances are missing. Usually they are in need of repairs of some sort. It is very unusual to find a foreclosure home that doesn't need some work.
